Downhole Drilling Pulser & Actuator Components

 

Drilling pulser components must combine precise geometry, repeatable fit, and material performance for hostile downhole conditions. Hyperion Materials & Technologies manufactures drilling pulser components, drilling actuators components, and bottomhole assembly (BHA) actuator components as precision tailor-made parts and sub-assemblies for directional drilling tools. Produced to customer drawings, these components are available in high-performance cemented carbide grades and related advanced materials for direct integration into pulser and actuator assemblies.

Hyperion manufactures custom water pulser valve components for directional drilling tools that require reliable actuation, accurate fit, and consistent part quality. Geometry, material selection, and finishing are tailored to the drawing and the function of the component, helping tool designers source drilling pulser components from a single partner with experience in precision oil and gas sub-assemblies.

Beyond the valve itself, Hyperion supports a wider range of drilling actuator components and BHA actuator components used in directional drilling tools. Materials, Tolerances & Specifications

 

Hyperion develops and manufactures tailor-made cemented carbide grades for oil and gas applications, and the company’s oil and gas portfolio includes grades such as DZ05, DZ07, CR9C, and AM12 for directional drilling and fluid-flow-related applications. Final grade selection depends on the component design and the required balance of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and toughness.
