Dave Hasson

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Dave Hasson joined the Company in May 2019 as Global Controller and was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2025. In this role, Dave is responsible for leading the Company’s global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, internal controls, tax, and investor-facing financial activities.

 

With more than 23 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, auditing, and corporate leadership, Dave brings a broad range of expertise developed across both public accounting and publicly traded industrial organizations. Prior to joining the Company, Dave held leadership positions at Vertiv and Columbia Pipeline Group (NiSource). Dave began his career with KPMG, spending seven years in the firm’s audit practice and working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

 

Dave is based at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ohio.
