Steve Peale

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Steve Peale joined Hyperion Materials & Technologies in January 2022 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Based in Dublin, Ohio, Steve leads Hyperion’s global IT organization, with responsibility for technology strategy, business systems, data and analytics, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and the company’s Project Management and Integration Management Offices.

 

Steve brings extensive international leadership experience spanning information technology, operations, business transformation, and acquisition integration. Throughout his career, he has worked with and led teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, including significant assignments and business leadership experience in Germany, Switzerland and Mexico.

 

With a background that combines technology, operations, and general business leadership, Steve focuses on using technology, data, process improvement, and strong teams to improve business performance and support sustainable growth.

 

Steve holds an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
