Marcy Ungar

Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Marcy Ungar joined Hyperion in 2019 as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. As CHRO, Marcy leads the company’s global human capital strategy, supporting business transformation, innovation, and growth. She partners closely with the senior leadership team on culture development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, HR technology, and talent management in a highly technical, global operating environment.

 

Marcy has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources across a range of industries, including public companies, private equity-backed enterprises, and large nonprofit institutions. Previously, Marcy held senior HR leadership roles at Henry Schein Animal Health (now Covetrus) and Battelle Memorial Institute. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Compensation at Big Lots and held leadership roles at Columbia Gas, a subsidiary of NiSource.

 

Marcy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier University. She is based at Hyperion’s corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ohio.
