Steve Britton

Senior Vice President, Supply Chain & Operational Excellence

Steve Britton serves as SVP of Supply Chain & Operational Excellence and General Manager of the Carbide Powder Division at Hyperion Materials & Technologies. In these roles, Steve leads Hyperion’s global supply chain and operational excellence strategy while directing the commercial and operational performance of the Carbide Powder Division. His responsibilities span sourcing, procurement, logistics, supplier development, inventory management, and production planning, ensuring disciplined, scalable, and efficient operations across Hyperion’s global manufacturing network.

Steve brings more than twenty years of global supply chain and operational leadership experience across diversified industrial and advanced manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Hyperion in 2024, he spent over fourteen years within the Danaher Corporation, most recently as Vice President, Global Supply Chain Management (2020–2023), where he oversaw procurement, inventory management, and supply‑base operations for more than 20,000 SKUs across 28 countries. Earlier roles at Danaher included Vice President, Supply Chain Management (2018–2020) and Director, Procurement Systems (2016–2018). Before Danaher, Steven held leadership positions at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, WESCO Distribution, and Fluke Corporation, developing expertise in purchasing, supplier performance, and operational optimization.

Britton holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management from Western Washington University.
