From the Leadership Team

Let’s win together in 2021

As we near the end of this unprecedented year, we want to thank all our valued customers and business partners who have supported us. We are committed to helping you succeed, and our team members across the globe have done outstanding work to ensure that we continue to deliver an uninterrupted supply of products and services.

CEO Ron Voigt Regardless of the industries or markets each of us serves, the global pandemic has forced us all to re-evaluate how we do business. We approached this challenge as an opportunity to practice our philosophy of continuous improvement and refocus our plans to execute our mission of applying our materials science, engineering and manufacturing expertise to position our customers to win.

Thankfully, some parts of our business have remained as busy as ever supporting essential industries such as medical, food and beverage, hygiene, energy and electronics. However, we have experienced slowdowns in other areas, and we have used this extra time to optimize our capacity and capabilities in preparation for growth. We have continued to improve efficiency and eliminate waste across our organization, made strong gains in our already renown quality, implemented new technologies that make us more responsive and easier to work with, and commercialized exciting new products and services. Continue reading below to learn more about these accomplishments.

We are stronger than ever and committed to your success. Let’s go win together in 2021.

Ron Voigt
