Hyperion manufactures superior cemented carbides (also known as solid carbide or tungsten carbide (WC)) that have been specifically developed to excel in aggressive environments that often include corrosive, erosive, abrasive, and impacting elements.  Learn more about our cemented carbide grades AM12, DZ05, H6N, and H11N and others below.

Grade AM12 designed to fight corrosion

Grade AM12 cemented carbide provides excellent resistance needed for applications in corrosive environments, combined with the level of toughness that prevents cracking and breaking.

 

Grade DZ05 designed to fight corrosion and erosion

DZ05 has extremely high erosion resistance with very good corrosion resistance and good toughness.

 

Grade H6N designed to fight erosion

Grade H6N cemented carbide can withstand highly erosive working conditions and also offers high toughness values, which makes it an ideal general purpose grade covering a wide range of applications.

 

Grade H11N designed to be tough

Grade H11N cemented carbide offers the toughness required to provide durability and strength in environments of high impact, avoiding breaking and cracking of components.
