Cemented carbide wire dies

Grade RS1T is the next generation of cemented tungsten carbide for stainless steel, coated, or galvanized wire. The coating layer of steel core wires can be retained until the finest wire diameter reduction, resulting in shiny and smooth surface quality. This is the best product for stainless steel, brass, and zinc coated wire.

Hyperion Grade RS1T

Hyperion grade RS1T was created to be your adhesion solution for the following drawing processes:

  • Stainless steel wire
  • Brass coated wire
  • Galvanized wire.

Hyperion grade RS1T prevents:

  • Cobalt leaching
  • Wire material stick on the nib
  • Scratches and pitting.

Hyperion grade RS1T creates these performance benefits:

  • Increase die life till 3 times
  • Eliminate scratches in the wire
  • Increase drawing speed
