Asia CanTech 2025: The Must-Attend Tradeshow for Can Makers

Okt 06 - Okt 08, 2025

What is Asia CanTech Bangkok 2025?

Asia CanTech 2025 is a leading annual conference and exhibition focused on the can manufacturing industry across the Asia-Pacific region. Taking place from October 6–8, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand, the event brings together manufacturers, fillers, and suppliers to explore the latest advancements in can making technologies, materials, and production solutions.

Hosted at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Asia CanTech offers a dynamic setting for metal packaging professionals to connect, share insights, and discover emerging trends. The program includes expert-led presentations, product showcases, and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration and innovation.

Participation in Asia CanTech is especially relevant to Hyperion Materials & Technologies, whose advanced material solutions and precision tooling are engineered to meet the evolving demands of modern can production. The event provides a valuable platform for engineers, procurement specialists, and technical decision-makers seeking to enhance performance, efficiency, and competitiveness in the can manufacturing sector.

What will you find at the Hyperion Materials & Technologies booth?

The Hyperion Materials & Technologies’ tabletop booth at Asia CanTech 2025 will showcase the company’s specialized portfolio of advanced material grades and tooling solutions designed to support efficient, high-performance can manufacturing, including:

Cupper Tool Solutions

Cemented carbide tooling sets engineered for the initial forming stage of two-piece cans. Available in both round and out-of-round configurations, cupper press tool sets feature die centers, draw pads, cut edge dies, and blank draw dies. Each tool can be manufactured to exact customer specifications and supported by a selection of carbide grades formulated for dimensional stability and wear resistance.

Bodymaker Tooling Solutions

Bodymaker Tooling are metal forming components designed to maintain structural integrity and surface quality during the drawing and ironing process within the bodymaker. Hyperion’s bodymaker tool sets offer a wider range of punches, ironing rings, and domer tools, along with complementary components, such as punch noses, punch bolts and redraw sleeves. Materials and geometries are tailored to meet performance targets across varied production environments.

Necker Tool Solutions

Necker Tooling includes necking dies and knock outs produced to accommodate a range of can formats and line speeds. Each necking solution is available in a range of advanced materials and grades, and developed to deliver consistent necking results while supporting operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
