Titanium Milling with Grade AM70 Carbide Rods

Hyperion Materials & Technologies' Application Specific grade AM70 has been engineered to give outstanding performance in trochoidal milling.

In tests conducted in our Hyperion Technology Center (USA), carbide rods made from grade AM70 outperformed conventional rods by up to 30% while exhibiting repeatable and consistent performance.  The grade AM70 carbide rods were more stable and gave less spindle load than the conventional rods.
