Description: Partially assembled component and/or parts for HPGR equipment manufactured to custom dimensions in accordance with agreed solution. Cemented carbide grades and designs are tailored to each customer based on individual needs and requirements.
The cemented carbide wear protection components studs and edge protection/plates play a key role in determining the lifetime of high pressure grinding roll (HPGR) surfaces. Hyperion Materials & Technologies manufactures these products per our customers' designs with cemented carbides that are developed in cooperation with the customer, tested, and suitably optimized for HPGR applications.
The high quality of these products is achieved by in-house produced powder and careful design of the manufacturing process at Hyperion. The products are made in state-of-the-art equipment consisting of automated presses and sinter-HIP furnaces. This enables us to consistently produce components with high quality and reliability.
