Hyperion Materials & Technologies manufactures a complete line of high-quality sintered Compax™ PCD tool blanks to provide toolmakers with the highest levels of performance, dimensional consistency, and microstructural integrity in precision machining applications. To achieve maximum productivity in tool manufacturing and machining applications, Hyperion supplies a wide range of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) grades, blank sizes, and shapes.

Hyperion has also developed the next generation of superior PCD blanks and cut tips for machining nonferrous materials with Compax2.0 SE (Superior Edge). Created explicitly for milling applications, Compax2.0 SE is a critical grade in areas where an extra sharp edge with superior toughness is required.
