Hyperion Sub Assemblies

Hyperion Materials & Technologies designs and develops sub-assemblies with application specific cemented carbide used in critical areas and optimized to deliver the highest value to our customers.

Hyperion engages with customers to develop cemented carbide wear solutions for their mining machines and help improve the overall productivity and efficiency. Successful projects include teeth assemblies for bucket wheel excavators (BWE), cheek plates for high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR), and wear plates for vertical shaft impact crushers.

Hyperion can work with customer’s design engineers to develop wear protection sub-assemblies that are manufactured to provide most optimized solution in terms of cost and performance.
