These powders achieve optimal performance in conjunction with a variety of bond systems. Our BMP powders are available with coatings as described below.

BMP-II Superabrasive
Hyperion's BMP-II is a semi-tough monocrystalline CBN micron product with 60 wt % nickel coating suited for resin bonds and sharpening cutting edges.

BMP-TI Superabrasive
Hyperion's BMP-TI is a semi-tough monocrystalline CBN micron product with titanium coating suited for precision cutting and grooving of automotive components.

BMP-400N Superabrasive
Hyperion's BMP-400N is a thermally stable, monocrystalline CBN micron product with 60 wt % nickel coating suited for various applications.

BMP-550TI Superabrasive
Hyperion's BMP-550TI is a microcrystalline CBN micron product with titanium coating suited for honing stones for superfinishing.
